

*This is an in-office, nine-week summer internship in Overland Park, KS from June 1 through July 31, 2026, and is for incoming college juniors or seniors, though preference will be given to incoming college seniors. The pay is $20 an hour.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with the Business Development Consultant (BDC) team to research, develop, and measure various prospect outreach campaigns
Support the BDC team in daily administrative tasks
Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand their role in the sales development process such as tracking inbound leads/lead sources, understanding which pieces of collateral are the most effective, etc.
Work with sales operations to identify outdated contacts & assist in sourcing up to date contacts for target accounts
Dig into all things sales data in Salesforce & Salesloft to understand our team’s “math of sales” such as engagement rates, conversion rates & other metrics
Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Incoming college junior or senior
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week in-person
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage time effectively
Excellent attention to detail; openness to feedback; ability to meet deadlines; willingness to continually improve competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong user of technology & resources to solve problems
Previous sales experience (example: tickets, retail, donations/fundraising, etc.)
Personal desire to pursue a sales career post-graduation
