About the Opportunity:

McLean Aesthetic Recruiting is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing dermatology practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled provider who is passionate about general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and is looking to join a patient-centered, high-quality clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological exams and skin cancer screenings

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)

• Perform minor dermatologic procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, etc.)

• Option to provide cosmetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, lasers) based on experience

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using EMR systems

• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventative care

• Collaborate with supervising dermatologist and clinical team

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license

• Minimum of 1–2 years of dermatology experience preferred (general )

• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in both medical and cosmetic dermatology

• Excellent bedside manner, communication, and clinical judgment

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians
