Board Path is a database of talented corporate leaders who are open to Board of Directors opportunities at non-profit organizations.

Board Path represents Board positions that are volunteer in nature with a 2-4 year term of service (on average).

Why Board Path?

As Executive Recruiters at EDGEPATH we work in both the private and the non-profit sectors and have a unique vantage point and ability to match for-profit corporate leaders with non-profit organizations (NPOs) seeking skilled, diverse Board of Directors candidates. Board Path is our effort to bridge the gap between talented candidates and NPO Board opportunities, creating a path for community-based NPOs to attract Board members who want to help advance their mission.

How It Works

Candidates: Fill in the application below and based on your qualifications and areas of interest, we will send open Board positions to you as they arise. With your permission we will share your application with the relevant positions and the non-profit organizations will take it from there. NOTE: As Board Path grows, the number of opportunities will grow. We can't promise a match but we will send you any positions we feel you might be interested in.

NPOs: We will be continually reaching out to non-profit organizations who are adding members to their Board of Directors. We will post the roles for the organizations who sign up with Board Path, notify candidates that a position is available and forward any interested candidates to the Board.
