The Role

• Source investment and residential properties on behalf of landlords and vendors

• Attend property valuations, representing the business professionally at every stage

• Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship-building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and investors

• Identify opportunities and convert leads into instructions

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience in property, sales, or new business development

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to hit and exceed targets

• Full UK driving licence (essential, due to valuation attendance)

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, results-focused environment
