B-BBEE Transformation Consultant

Purpose of the Role
Provide B-BBEE and transformation advisory services to clients, including scorecard management, compliance guidance and strategic transformation support.

Minimum Requirements

• BCom Accounting, Legal qualification or similar
• B-BBEE MDP qualification (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and transformation policy
• Experience with B-BBEE scorecards and ownership structures
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse B-BBEE scorecards
• Evaluate ownership transactions and their scorecard impact
• Provide transformation advisory services to clients
• Deliver B-BBEE training and respond to technical queries
• Conduct gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Develop ESD and SED initiatives aligned with client objectives
• Support verification processes and liaise with verification agencies
• Assist clients with transformation strategy and implementation
• Manage client relationships and ensure quality project delivery

• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Support internal reporting and project tracking
• Assist with ad hoc client requests and projects
