As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll learn by building. You’ll get hands-on experience working directly with the founders on real product challenges.
You will:
Support and contribute to Happlicant’s core features.
Build and ship smaller features end-to-end (frontend, backend, APIs, database).
Participate in architecture and tech-stack discussions.
Help maintain a clean, scalable, and reliable codebase.
Work with real users to understand their needs and iterate quickly.
This is a practical, real-world engineering experience — not a “coffee and docs” internship.
You don’t need to be an expert — you just need to be motivated, curious, and excited to learn fast.
You might be a good fit if you have:
Some experience or familiarity with Next.js (or a desire to ramp up quickly).
Comfort with basic full-stack concepts: databases, APIs, frontend fundamentals.
A willingness to ship, get feedback, and improve quickly.
A proactive, founder-like mindset — you like solving problems, not waiting for tasks.
Bonus points:
Experience with Supabase/Postgres.
Interest in recruitment tech or SaaS.
You might be early in your career, studying, or self-taught — what matters is the drive.
You’re excited by the idea of contributing to something early, not just joining a big company.
