We’re looking for a Sales Consultant & Pool Designer to help homeowners bring their dream backyards to life. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for high-ticket sales, design, and relationship-building who wants the ability to control their income while working with a respected national brand and a supportive local team.

No prior pool industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget

• Design and present custom pool concepts using 3D design software (name of software)

• Manage company-provided, qualified leads from initial consultation through signed contract

• Consult with clients through the sales and design process with confidence and clarity

• Collaborate with construction and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience

• Stay current on design trends, outdoor living features, and new technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline

• Passion for sales, design, and delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Prior experience in high-ticket sales, design, or in-home consulting is a plus

• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
