Lettings Manager - £38k - £100k

What's on offer

• Basic salary - £35,000

• Car allowance - £3,000

• OTE year 1 -£100,000+

• Plus uncapped commission, profit share, and a genuine route to director-level.

The role

• Lead the day-to-day lettings operation across the Leeds/York patch

• Build and manage a high-performing team, driving activity and conversion

• Develop landlord relationships and grow the managed portfolio

• Set and hit ambitious targets across new instructions, lets agreed, and revenue

• Ensure compliance, quality, and an exceptional client experience throughout

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or manager level

• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets

• Natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

• Deep knowledge of the Yorkshire lettings market (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence
