About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven conveyancer to manage their own caseload in a supportive environment, with the flexibility of hybrid working and a competitive salary package.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers

• Providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction process

• Meeting targets and contributing to the wider team's success

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently

• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and to deadlines

• A proactive, team-oriented approach
