Salary: Up to £38,000 + Excellent Benefits
Join a Modern, Ambitious, and Highly Regarded Law Firm

A progressive, full-service law firm with a polished, professional reputation is seeking a talented Conveyancing Assistant to join its expanding residential property team. Known for its exceptional client service, modern working culture, and impressive track record of internal development, this is a firm where people genuinely thrive.

With continued growth planned for next year, this is the perfect time to join an organisation that’s going places.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Competitive salary up to £38,000 (DOE)

  • Generous holiday entitlement and a strong benefits package

  • A slick, modern working environment with first-class resources

  • Real progression opportunities, including the chance to run a small caseload with support

  • A highly successful conveyancing team committed to ongoing training and development

You won’t just be supporting a conveyancer—you’ll be building real expertise, taking on responsibility, and playing a crucial role in delivering a high-quality client experience.

The Role

You’ll support the department across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work, including:

  • Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters

  • Handling initial enquiries, preparing quotes and guiding clients throughout the process

  • Drafting legal documents and producing clear, accurate correspondence

  • Updating case management systems and maintaining precise records

  • Liaising professionally with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and clients

  • Providing reliable administrative support and attending meetings when required

Every day offers variety, client interaction and the chance to develop your conveyancing expertise within a fast-paced, quality-driven team.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 months’ experience in a conveyancing support role

  • Strong client service skills and confidence when managing multiple deadlines

  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

  • Solid IT skills and ideally experience using case management software (training provided if not)

  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal

  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection

  • A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • A full clean driving licence (preferred)

  • Someone living within a reasonable commuting distance
