Hybrid (3 days p/week in office)
We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own a core digital product used across multiple international markets.
You’ll work closely with engineering, UX and teams across the business to solve user problems, improve operational performance and deliver measurable commercial value.
You’ll take ownership of the roadmap, backlog and outcomes for your product area.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading two high-priority initiatives, managing delivery, dependencies, risks and stakeholders
Balancing user needs, business priorities and technical constraints
Defining and tracking measures including activation, retention, efficiency and client satisfaction
Using customer insight, behavioural data and frontline feedback to identify the right problems to solve
Aligning engineering, design, sales, support and operations on priorities and trade-offs
You’ll also help improve product processes, introducing practical ways of working without adding unnecessary complexity.
You’ll need:
Product management experience in SaaS, technology-enabled services or another complex digital environment
Experience owning a product area end-to-end and leading work across multiple teams
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to link product decisions to revenue, retention and service performance
Confidence using data to set priorities, measure success and support decisions
A practical understanding of discovery, agile delivery and continuous improvement
You’ll also be comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work and for rapid prototyping.
Experience in PropTech, property management, KYC, AML or production-ready AI products would be useful, but is not essential.
