Property Manager - Leeds

Our client is a well-established and growing independent estate agency in Leeds, renowned for delivering exceptional service across residential sales, lettings and property management. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their busy and friendly team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.

• Carrying out routine property inspections and producing detailed reports.

• Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating where required.

• Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current lettings legislation.

• Handling maintenance queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Working closely with contractors, inventory clerks and internal departments.

• Maintaining accurate records using the company's property management system.

About You

The ideal candidate will already have experience within residential property management or lettings and will be confident managing a busy portfolio.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager, Lettings Negotiator or similar.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

• A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.

• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
