The Opportunity

We're working with an innovative business that is shaping how businesses grow through technology, automation and AI. A 'one size fits all' approach doesn't enable growth, and this agency is helping businesses move and adapt, around the way they actually work through custom build.

Due to continued and sustained growth, they are looking for an Account Director or Client Delivery Lead to join them. This is a brilliant role for someone who has perhaps ran their own agency previously, or entrepreneurially minded, and is used to working with complex and/or technical projects.

What you'll be doing

The Account Director will be responsible for owning the client relationship, making sure everything is running smoothly and that processes are kept tight. You'll be:

• Problem solving - listening to the requirements and pain -points of your clients and working with internal teams to deliver solutions

• Briefing the engineers - ensuring they're given tight and well-defined work

• Running complex projects - working autonomously, you'll be using initiative to clients are updated, work is on track and all in hand.

Who the Agency is looking for

• Agency experience - either having set up on your own, or have worked in a technical build agency

• Credible, confident and unflustered - clients want to speak to you and you can walk them through solutions

• Used to briefing developers and engineers directly - rather than through a delivery team

• Strong organisation skills - alongside relationship building you'll be a pro at owning process

• Inquisitive - you'll ask the right questions and build from that

This is a founder-led business, who you'll be working closely with from Day One. They have had huge success so far and you'll be joining them at a pivotal point on their journey. Whilst remote working, they would prefer someone to be based near Brighton and therefore from London or the South Coast, as able to meet up in person.
