The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Progressing agreed sales through to completion

• Building strong relationships with clients

• Generating new business opportunities

• Working closely with the valuers and wider sales team

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process

• Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is driven, personable and passionate about property.

Ideally you'll have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within estate agency

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• A target-driven mindset with a genuine desire to succeed

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence building relationships with clients

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
