The Amphenol Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a highly selective three year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of finance leaders. Participants complete three 12 month rotations across key finance functions, including Internal Audit, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Business Unit Finance, gaining broad exposure to Amphenol’s global organization of more than 140 business units across 15 operating groups. The program offers formal mentorship, professional development, performance milestones, and support for certifications such as CPA and CIA. Ideal candidates are ambitious Accounting or Finance graduates who are eager to build leadership skills, gain diverse business experience, and pursue long term career opportunities within Amphenol’s finance organization
