Job Summary:

We are seeking a General Manager/President with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the Direct to Consumer (D2C) Home Services ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and expanding business operations.

Accountabilities:

● Lead operations and revenue delivery for a regional residential exterior improvements (Roofing, Siding, Windows) provider exceeding $15 Million annual revenue.

● Drive assertive revenue growth with a goal of 15+% year over year.

● Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the company's success, growth, and profitability.

● Expand business operations both in the market and regionally.

● Oversee all aspects of operations, including business development, project management, client relations, financial management, and team leadership.

Specific Responsibilities:

● Formulate and achieve company objectives, identifying priorities and establishing goals and strategies for success.

● Evaluate and recommend changes to the company's geographic presence and service offerings.

● Collaborate with the executive leadership team to evolve and develop a plan for short—and long-term goals.

● Communicate and advocate the company’s goals, objectives, and accomplishments.

● Maintain accountability for the company’s overall performance.

● Establish measurable standards of performance for each department and evaluate against goals.

● Implement and enforce policies and procedures to enhance the company’s financial and operational effectiveness.

● Ensure safe, quality project delivery on time and within budget.

● Apply industry knowledge to solve project and organizational challenges.

● Enforce fiscal responsibility and develop strategies within financial constraints.

● Attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent, ensuring effective succession planning.

● Support and promote the company culture and vision, fostering a high-performance, positive morale environment.

● Oversee day-to-day operations, including reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations.

● Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organization.

● Build alliances and partnerships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

● 10+ years of leadership experience in D2C Home Services with a focus on exterior home improvement with knowledge of retail and insurance replacement solutions.

● Proven experience in achieving documented revenue growth consistently exceeding 15% year over year.

● Experience in opening new sites/branches in greenfield markets.

● Exceptional financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

● Strong strategic planning and business development skills.

● Demonstrated growth leadership experience in developing business relationships and talent.

● Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong client relations skills, with a track record of maintaining and growing client relationships.

● Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
