The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, generating new business opportunities, and converting valuations into instructions.

You will play a key role in driving the continued growth of the branch while delivering expert advice and a first-class customer experience to vendors across Leeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals

• Win new sales instructions and generate business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients

• Provide expert advice on pricing and market conditions

• Work closely with the sales team to maximise branch performance

• Maintain regular communication with vendors throughout the process

• Identify opportunities for referrals and additional services

• Achieve and exceed individual performance targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator is essential

• Strong track record of winning instructions

• Excellent knowledge of the Leeds property market

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Professional, driven, and commercially aware

• Target-focused with a proactive attitude

• Full UK driving licence required
