About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a brand-new, luxury boutique MedSpa opening in East Jericho, NY. This practice will be led by a respected physician and is designed to deliver elevated, concierge-level aesthetic care in a refined, high-touch environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced injector who wants to build a strong, loyal patient base while working in a modern, beautifully designed space with strong marketing and operational support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans

• Administer neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (Sculptra, PRF/PRP, biostimulators preferred)

• Provide full-face assessments and long-term treatment planning

• Maintain high standards of safety and patient outcomes

• Build and retain long-term client relationships

• Contribute to social media presence (preferred but not required)

Ideal Candidate

• Active NY NP or PA license (in good standing)

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on injecting experience

• Strong portfolio of before/after work

• Confident in full-face balancing and advanced filler techniques

• Excellent bedside manner and luxury-level patient service skills

• Growth-minded and motivated to build a book

Compensation

• Competitive base pay (hourly or salary based on experience)

• Commission on product revenue
