About the Opportunity:

McLean Aesthetic Recruiting is currently seeking a skilled and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join a leading MedSpa known for its commitment to high-quality skincare, non-invasive cosmetic treatments, and exceptional patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about aesthetics and helping clients feel confident in their skin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and more

• Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate home-care products

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-up documentation

• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients

• Collaborate with injectors, laser techs, and medical providers to support holistic client care

• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician License in the state of GA

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a spa, dermatology office, or medical aesthetics setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and protocols

• Excellent communication and client-service skills

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to professional growth
