Position Overview:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Facial Cosmetic Surgeon to join our growing aesthetic team. The ideal candidate specializes in advanced facial cosmetic procedures, with a passion for artistry, technical excellence, and patient satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead or expand a facial aesthetic program within a high-end aesthetic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of facial aesthetic surgeries, including:

  • Facelift / Mini Facelift

  • Rhinoplasty

  • Blepharoplasty (Upper & Lower Eyelid Surgery)

  • Neck Lift

  • Brow Lift

  • Facial Fat Grafting / Lip Augmentation

  • Chin / Cheek Implants

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and develop customized surgical plans.

• Oversee pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to all safety standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including aesthetic injectors, aestheticians, and coordinators.

• Stay current on industry advancements and contribute to practice innovation.

Qualifications:

• MD, DO, or DDS with board certification or eligibility in Facial Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, or Otolaryngology with a strong focus on facial aesthetics.

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice medicine/surgery in the state of [Insert State].

• Advanced training in facial cosmetic surgery through residency, fellowship, or significant surgical experience.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and proven track record of producing natural, high-quality results.

• Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and ethical standards.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Fellowship in facial plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery.

• Experience with non-surgical facial rejuvenation (injectables, lasers, RF, etc.).

• Media presence or comfort with content creation/social media.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
