The Role

You’ll be heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the sales department, managing applicants and vendors while also carrying out market appraisals and helping generate new business opportunities.

No two days are the same — from negotiating offers and conducting viewings to winning instructions and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify buyers

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to agreed stage

• Carry out sales valuations and market appraisals

• Generate new instructions and business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

• Maintain accurate CRM records and property updates

• Work towards individual and office targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous estate agency experience is essential

• Confident carrying out valuations or ready to step into valuing responsibilities

• Target-driven and commercially minded

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional, motivated, and personable

• Full UK driving licence required

• Local knowledge of Birkenshaw and surrounding areas would be advantageous
