The role

You’ll keep things running smoothly across your portfolio, with responsibilities including:

• Being a key point of contact for landlords and tenants.

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors.

• Carrying out property inspections and following up on any issues.

• Supporting move-ins, move-outs and end-of-tenancy processes.

• Maintaining accurate records and helping keep properties compliant.

• Keeping everyone informed with clear, timely communication.

About you

You’ll bring experience in property management or a closely related lettings role, along with a proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.

You’ll be someone who can prioritise a busy workload, handle tricky conversations professionally and follow through on the details. Above all, you’ll care about looking after both the properties and the people connected to them.
