

Responsible for performing complex, component-level repairs on electronic products. This role includes troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing results to improve repair processes and product performance. The technician will utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and support continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic products
Develop and refine test and repair procedures for existing and new products
Research repair methods and testing requirements for new equipment
Utilize diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and RF test equipment
Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repair issues
Support training and development of new team members
Identify opportunities to reduce unrepairable product rates
Collaborate with engineering on technical challenges
Perform routine repair tasks as needed

Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or
High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
Solid computer proficiency
