The Role

This is a hands-on, people-first position where your local knowledge and sales instinct come together. You’ll:

• Carry out accurate property valuations and market appraisals

• Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties

• Manage sales progression and deliver a standout service from start to finish

• Act as a brand ambassador - in valuing, selling, and beyond

About You

You’ll thrive here if you’re motivated, confident, and genuinely enjoy helping people move. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Valuer

• A keen eye for detail and a strong local market understanding

• Great communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, target-driven mindset

• A full UK driving licence
