The Opportunity
We're partnering with a rapidly expanding property investment and acquisitions business to recruit a proactive and highly organised Property Operations Coordinator for their Leeds office.

Working at the heart of the acquisitions function, you'll be responsible for maintaining momentum across multiple deals, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged, deadlines are met, and transactions progress efficiently through every stage of the process.
The Role
As a Property Ops Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of the acquisitions process, coordinating with solicitors, vendors, estate agents, and internal teams to ensure transactions remain on track and bottlenecks are quickly resolved.
This is a hands-on, process-driven position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to proactively manage stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in reducing delays, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a seamless experience from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of progressing property transactions from offer agreed through to completion
Proactively manage and chase solicitors, vendors, agents, and third parties to obtain outstanding legal documentation and updates
Monitor deal pipelines, ensuring key milestones and completion targets are achieved
Act as the central point of communication between all stakeholders, maintaining alignment throughout the transaction lifecycle
Identify potential delays or risks early and escalate issues to ensure swift resolution
Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, transaction trackers, and internal databases
Prepare, organise, and manage property documentation in line with company processes and compliance requirements
Support the acquisitions team with operational and administrative activities that contribute to successful deal completion
Produce regular progress updates and ensure transparency across active transactions
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and transaction turnaround times
About You
Previous experience within Property, Conveyancing, Sales Progression
Strong understanding of the residential property purchase process and associated legal stages
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process management
Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to keep deals moving forward
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience using CRM systems and property management software is advantageous
