We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, multi-branch independent estate agency based in Headingley – a vibrant, high-demand rental market popular with professionals and students alike. The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving new tenancies and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Generating new business opportunities and landlord instructions

• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in

• Achieving and exceeding lettings targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar property role

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Confident, professional and target-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Knowledge of the Leeds lettings market (desirable but not essential)
