Position Overview

The Licensed Esthetician will perform a variety of advanced aesthetic services and laser treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, results, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury medspa setting, enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, and has strong product/treatment knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, body treatments, and more

• Conduct laser services such as laser hair removal and other energy-based skin treatments (must be certified)

• Provide personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

• Educate clients on skincare, treatment protocols, and recommended home-care products

• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation

• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage retention and referrals

• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the team to support a high-end client experience

• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician License (required)

• Laser Certification (required)

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare, aesthetic treatments, and laser safety

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
