Love the buzz of a busy pipeline but want your evenings and weekends back? This part-time Sales Progressor role in Chapel Allerton might be exactly what you’re after.
As the dedicated Sales Progressor for this established, highly regarded estate agency, you will take ownership of around 100 sales files at any one time, keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and brokers fully in the loop and deals firmly on track. You will be the calm centre of the storm – chasing, nudging, problem-solving and pre-empting issues before they derail a move.

Proactively chasing solicitors, lenders, surveyors and other parties to keep files moving
Providing clear, regular updates to buyers and sellers, managing expectations and reducing fall-throughs
Spotting potential issues early and finding practical solutions to keep chains together
Maintaining accurate notes and milestones on each file so the whole team is always up to speed
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in sales progression, conveyancing, estate agency or a similar property role
A forensic eye for detail and excellent organisational skills – you enjoy juggling a busy caseload
Confident, professional communication style – you can be firm without being abrasive
A calm, steady approach under pressure and the ability to reassure anxious buyers and sellers
Strong IT skills and the discipline to keep records, emails and CRM fully up to date
The offer
Part time, 25 hours per week (pattern to be agreed)
Office-based in the heart of Chapel Allerton – no remote working, plenty of team interaction
Competitive salary dependent on experience
Supportive, friendly team with a down-to-earth culture and realistic expectations
