The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
You will work with a wide range of properties across Leeds and play a key role in matching tenants with suitable homes.
Package
£26,000 – £28,000 basic salary DOE

Key Responsibilities
Register applicants and qualify their property requirements
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers and secure lets
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Manage enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
Maintain up-to-date CRM records
Generate new business opportunities where possible
Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the lettings journey
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within lettings or estate agency is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
Professional and customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence preferred
Knowledge of the Leeds property market is advantageous
