WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Develop KPI frameworks & target vs actual reporting
• Measure employee, departmental & company performance
• Build dashboards, scorecards & performance analytics
• Use AI tools to retrieve, analyse & interpret business data
• Identify inefficiencies & recommend operational improvements
• Automate reporting & performance measurement processes
• Strong analytical, reporting & problem-solving ability
• Experience with KPI management, BI tools & dashboards
• Advanced Excel / Power BI advantageous
• CRM, ERP & operational performance systems advantageous
• Strong understanding of business operations & workflows
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented & solution focused
