An established and highly reputable estate agency in the Whitley Bay area is looking to appoint an ambitious and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop a career within property sales, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

  • Commission with OTE;s £35,000 +

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements

  • Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors

  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome

  • Progressing sales through to completion

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service

  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuation appointments

  • Keeping internal systems and records up to date

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in estate agency

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient

  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
