Talent Stacked is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing MSP in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They service small to medium-sized businesses in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Southern Palm Beach counties. 

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, domain controllers, and workstations

• Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange Online administration

• Setup, maintain & troubleshoot virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network routers, switches, and firewalls

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing/deploying Windows Server (2008-2019)

• Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS, SMB, CIFS, Routing. VPN, VLAN)

• 2+ years of experience managing/deploying network devices.

• 2+ years of experience in VMware, Hyper-V

• O365 Administration/Support 

• Cloud experience in Azure/AWS

• RMM/PSA Experience (Datto RMM/Autotask)
