We're looking for a proactive, organised, and curious Customer Success & Operations Manager.
This isn't a traditional customer success role.
Yes, you'll spend time helping customers get the most from Happlicant—but you'll also support marketing, operations, content, product feedback, and whatever else helps move the business forward.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, solving problems, talking to customers, and working in an early-stage startup where no two days look the same, you'll fit right in.
This is a full-time independent contractor position (40 hours per week) and is fully remote. We welcome applicants from anywhere in the world, provided you can overlap at least 4–5 working hours with the Central European Time (CET) timezone.
Onboard and support customers through chat, email, and video calls.
Build strong relationships with customers and help them get the most value from Happlicant.
Collect customer feedback and work closely with the founders to improve Happlicant.
Create help articles, onboarding materials, and customer resources.
Support our social media and content marketing efforts.
Assist with day-to-day business operations and internal processes.
Support our sales efforts by helping with outreach, follow-ups, and customer conversations when needed.
Help test new features before they're released to customers.
Jump into new projects wherever they're needed—we're a small startup, so everyone contributes beyond their job title.
Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direction.
Curious and enjoys figuring things out.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where priorities can change.
Enjoys variety rather than doing the same tasks every day.
Comfortable leading video calls with customers and recording help videos.
Comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out independently.
Experience working as a recruiter or within a recruitment agency.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer support.
Experience creating social media or marketing content.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
Work directly with the founders and have a real impact on the business.
