- Resume parsing progress only shows for the person who uploaded the files, not everyone in the company
- Resume upload shows a progress bar for each file, with the same page-by-page list as when you pick the files
- After a resume parses successfully, the progress panel opens that candidate instead of offering a remove button
- The resume progress panel starts collapsed, stays on the screen on phones, and uses a clearer View button for each parsed candidate
- Scanned PDFs and image resumes no longer turn the whole upload into a failure. The panel stays green and lists the files that could not be read
- Resume parsing is more accurate at picking out names, jobs, and contact details from the file
- Shift-click a candidate checkbox to select every row between the last clicked one and this one

- Uploaded resumes no longer stay stuck on "Queued for processing" without ever parsing

- Candidate and contact profile photos now show correctly when you open their sheet, not just in the table

- Rejection reasons are optional until you add them in Settings; rejections without a reason show as "No reason recorded" in reports
